@TheRAC_UK Good advice 👍 It wasn’t foggy today but I need to get our hazard bulbs replaced now given they were on for 7 continuous hours, waiting by the side of the m40 for our whole family to be taken somewhere safe.

@TheRAC_UK Definitely get some on the side of the m40…it was so noisy today. Hour 1 was quite loud and it just went up. By hour 7, my wife and three children could hardly hear each other. The road noise and their teeth chattering…

@TheRAC_UK If you zoom in quite far, you can see this shelter on a verge at the side of the m40…my son built it after being left there for 7 hours with his younger sisters…whilst your team sat around playing with their handbrakes…

@RAC_Care Not ‘may not’, ‘was not’. It was not ideal. Unless your expectations are say 7-10 hours is acceptable to leave a 4, 8 and 10 year old on the side of the motorway. So on that note was it or wasn’t it Ajhar. Let me know as it’ll impact what I may say tomorrow to your Head Office.

@TheRAC_UK absolutely horrendous today. Still sat on a verge of the m40, after nearly 6.5hrs - reported at 1pm, with my family (3 kids, one on which is 4 and now fallen asleep in the dark). Utter shambles…

@RAC_Care Yeah about 25 times…in between not updating us when they said they would or cutting us off, I tried often. When the pick up truck just arrived he wasn’t even told there were kids…3 of them sat by the motorway for 7 hours.
