Infrastructure Minister Liz Kimmins has welcomed the launch of a recruitment campaign for new planners. The campaign is being run in collaboration with four local councils and Belfast Metropolitan College and will give recruits an opportunity to study for a Higher Level Apprenticeship (HLA) in Planning while simultaneously gaining hands on work experience in local government or the Department. Interesting morning with @CBRE_NI at #CBRENIOutlook2025. Aside from the market updates/projections, hearing about AI and its potential impact (mostly good) on the workplace was fascinating.
