🇺🇦💪😭Medics found a note in the bag of a fallen soldier — it wasn’t addressed to his family, but to his dog. For several months, military drones circling above the front line had captured glimpses of an incredible friendship amid the ruins. Frame after frame showed the soldier sharing his meager rations and warmth with a stray dog who refused to leave his side. When a massive attack finally took the soldier’s life, medics found him exactly where the drone had last recorded him. Inside his jacket was a handwritten note — not to his parents, but a request for help for his friend. It read: “We’ve been fighting together for two years. If I’m gone, please leave my jacket in my dugout — winter is coming soon, and he’ll come there to keep warm. P.S. If you manage to catch him, he likes it when you scratch behind his ears.”

You're allowed to talk about what they did to you. If they didn't want you talking about it, maybe they shouldn't have done it.

Whatever you do in life, make sure you end up with a kind partner. Because there will be times when love alone won't be enough. There will be days when both of you are tired, upset, or distant. But a kind person stays kind no matter what. They won't yell at you when they're angry. They'll try to understand instead of using words to hurt you. They won't embarrass you or make you feel small when you make mistakes. Kindness is what makes arguments calmer and problems easier to handle together. So don't just look for someone who makes your heart race, look for someone who makes your heart feel calm and safe. Because in the end, anyone can say they love you, but only kindness shows who truly does.

I think there’s something so evil and sadistic about people that live double lives while with someone else knowing if the person knew all that you’re hiding, they wouldn’t speak to you let alone be with you. You’re literally taking away their consent.

Manipulation is when they blame you for your reaction to their toxic behavior, but never discuss the disrespect that triggered you.
