@Delta the flight attendants on #2259 have just got up and started to pour water for everyone. Does that mean you’re going to make a plane full of paying customers to spend another couple of hours waiting on a gate?
@Delta No we have not arrived at the gate. We are still sitting on the taxi way. I am beyond dissatisfacted. I understand weather plays a part but this is human failure. Very poor planning on your part.

@Delta still sitting on #2259 in Toronto. The pilot says he has no idea what’s going on. Planes are moving all over the airfield but we are stuck sitting for well over an hour. This is HORRIBLE.
@chrisstanford I see that currently, the field conditions in Toronto are poor due to inclement weather in the area. I have been advised by our operations team that you should be taxiing to your arrival gate, B12, shortly. *HRB
@AirCanada how long do you let arriving flights to sit on the tarmac waiting for a gate because @Delta let’s you sit for well over an hour. #ridiculous
