Who is making 70k a year? Like take home 70k? I’m almost 35 and the most I’ve ever made working 7 days a week, 2 jobs is 46k after taxes. Idk anyone who makes 70k after taxes besides like engineers

@nolapaulperse I waited tables back in 2010 and I was making 13.50 an hour which was great money, but no where near 70k even with tips. How/when were you making that much???

We need to start being more realistic with what Americans make people aren’t making 6 figures unless they have higher than a master’s or have been in their profession for a while . Of course there’s outliers
