@newstart_2024 Try getting ‘ healthy ‘ food away from home ! Vegetables seem to be alien to a lot of food establishments .

Gordon Ramsay sharing some straightforward advice on healthy eating: Good food doesn’t have to be boring. He keeps it simple: protein shake in the morning, scrambled eggs for lunch, and poached chicken or fish for dinner. His tip for chicken? Stop boiling it - “it tastes like Gandhi’s flip-flop.” Poach it gently with thin vegetables instead for way better flavor and texture. Healthy eating doesn’t have to feel like punishment. Small changes in how you cook can make all the difference. I like Ramsay a lot - this kind of practical advice from him actually sticks better than complicated diets. What do you think — do you struggle with making healthy food taste good, or have you found simple tricks that work for you?

@CheekyVic He could have secured his Premiership if he had said he would stop illegal immigration immediately and deport those already here .

I don’t think wanting secure borders, fair systems and better support for veterans, pensioners and overstretched public services makes someone “far right.” Most people simply want balance: *legal migration, properly managed *protection for those genuinely in need *support for our own citizens *and for women and girls to feel safe on our streets When people can’t get a GP appointment, are forced to go private for surgery, see veterans struggling, or feel less safe in their own communities…they’re going to ask difficult questions. That isn’t extremism. That’s frustration with priorities.

@siobhanworld Just announce and do one thing properly . A long list to choose from : stop illegal immigration / deport foreign criminals / reduce foreign aid / GP surgeries operate 7 days a week / dentist surgeries open 7 days a week .

For a leftie like me, the problem with Sir Keir’s make or break speech this morning is that it could easily have been made by David Cameron.

@RugbyWorcs How is it good for rugby ? It might increase the online footprint not sure it will translate into more supporters or players .

You can hate Pollock all you want. But this is exactly why it's good for rugby Look at the difference in engagement and view count... If you hate him you're still helping. That's the nature of the world now. It will grow the online footprint of the game, like it or not. This is also why the 🦖 class of journalist don't like it either because the business of attention has changed and left them behind.

Remember when you first went out to pubs and the oldest looking one was always sent to the bar to get served whilst rest sitting down hoping you didn't get asked your age. How old were you you when you started going to pubs? (16 for me)

@SBarnesRugby I don't buy this "they didn't need to win' theory. A local Derby in front of 26k spectators with a guarantee of play-off place. Any professional sportsman should be up for it. If not, question their mentality and desire to win trophies

Northampton fans; Leicester needed the win. You didn't. Still a shock but when the mindset is spot on as it was for the Tigers and missing as it was for Saints, these scorelines happen. L performance suggests top 2 will again make the final.

I’ve earmarked 14 cars that are up for auction soon! The truth is that we’ve got 177 cars across Lister stock and my own collection and I want to slim down to fewer cars to make it more manageable. Also I’d like to move into higher end stock at the Lister Collection.
