Whenever I have played or stayed at the @CliffHouseMaine I have been overwhelmed by its beauty and elegance.. It is such a great escape from the bustle of Boston and the stressers of daily life. I’ll be performing there this Sunday night and I can’t wait to return. Road trip!

This past December as I was walking in NYC to see a read-through of the August Rush musical, I happened upon the Brill building. This 11 story building was the epicenter of the music business in the late 1950’s/early 1960’s. By 1962 it was the home to 162 music biz offices.

on August 21, 2013, a helicopter reportedly dumped $10,000 in multiple dollar bill denominations over Lewes, Delaware in the fulfillment of a deceased resident's last wish? It’s true, and I hope to be received with the same enthusiasm as that helicopter next weekend..

Had a great escape in Florida, playing the 30A songwriter’s festival, ,the Music4Life Living Arts Center, The Coconut Cabana, Monty’s house and even squeezed in a great chat on the Curious Goldfish podcast. Also swam in the ocean even though everyone said it was too cold.

A statement @POTUS just made at his Cabinet meeting with which, I think, every American could agree: "No one has ever seen a first year like this!"
