this is my weight throw series at washburn university and i had a pr of 13.99 meters and on the last slide a big 15 meter + foul but it's all good time to get ready for outdoor @MomentumThrows

long over due post nice sort of weight pr of 13.15m ( 43' 1.75 ft) had some warm up past 50ft but couldn't replicate in com and shot didn't do so hot trust the process @MomentumThrows

New weight PR of 11.26m (36’11.5 ft) pretty good, had a close to 40ft throw in warm ups, the work continues 💪🏼
