CHELSEA REWIND: On this day in 1998, a post match interview with Gianluca Vialli straight after Chelsea won the European Cup Winners Cup against Stuttgart in Stockholm. Gianluca had just become the first player/manager to win a European Trophy. 💙🏆🇮🇹

CHELSEA REWIND: On this day in 2003 Chelsea beat Liverpool 2-1 at Stamford Bridge. A huge game as Champions League qualification was secured for the winners. Often thought as one of the most important games in our history. Marcel Desailly & Jesper Grønkjær got the goals. 👏

CHELSEA REWIND: On this day in 2013, Chelsea won 2-1 at Aston Villa in the Premier League. Frank Lampard got both goals & became Chelsea FC's highest ever goal scorer, surpassing Bobby Tambling. What a day! #SuperFrank 👏

CHELSEA REWIND: On this day in 2005, Manchester United form a guard of honour for Champions Chelsea at Old Trafford. 😁🏆

CHELSEA REWIND: On this day in 1999, Bjarne Goldbaek with a rocket! A superb equaliser away at White Hart Lane ensured our unbeaten record against Tottenham continued. A season that saw Chelsea lose just 3 Premier League games all season. Champions League football was coming.

CHELSEA REWIND: On this day in 2010, Chelsea secured the Premier League title after beating Wigan Athletic 8-0 at Stamford Bridge. An incredible first season in charge for Carlo Ancelotti with ‘the double’ completed the following week at Wembley in the F.A Cup Final. 👏

CHELSEA REWIND: On this day in 2001, Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink celebrates his two goals at Anfield with Eidur Gudjohnsen. What a great strike partnership they were. The following season they managed 52 goals and 29 assists between them. 🎶 “If Jimmy doesn’t get you Eidur will!” 🎶

CHELSEA REWIND: On this day in 1994, Mark Stein scored twice as Chelsea beat Sheffield United 3-2 on the last game of the Premier League season. After signing from Stoke for £1.5m, he broke the PL record for scoring in 7 consecutive matches. A real favourite at Stamford Bridge.

CHELSEA REWIND: On this day in 1994, we said goodbye to ‘The Shed’ terrace. Some of my earliest memories of going to Chelsea are standing in there as an 8 year old on a foot stall we would bring with us. My dad or one of his friends would lift me up when we scored. Magical.
