@Chrome_Media @WeAreOpenreach Hi Catriona, I am having the same issues - no information at all. Service providers are being fobbed off and we as customers are treated v badly. No communication or clear resolution @WeAreOpenreach are not helping at all. They claim to ‘make the net work’!

@WeAreOpenreach OpenReach has been fobbing off the various service providers (BT, EE, Sky, TalkTalk, etc) with a variety of excuses and saying repeatedly that either they (O/Reach) are unable to speak to their own engineers or that the engineers have not left any notes.

@WeAreOpenreach URGENT you don't make the net work! Major fibre b/band outage EH10 reported 9/10.06.25 still being 'investigated'. V poor m/signal = comms 'blackout'. Pls cd yr engineers check Morningside 6 fibre cabinet for faulty card b4 digging up M/Road.
