Tonight I received this letter from the CEO of the Police Federation who has acknowledged my complaint regarding the South Yorkshire Police Federation’s response to the IOPC report and why it caused so much anger. I accept his apology and welcome his decision to reach out to the families and offer an in-person apology, which is the very least they deserve. #JFT97

@NickBraley1 None of my complaints were upheld. I published that god awful letter they sent me earlier this year. Since we are naming names, Tope. DCI Kevin Tope was all over my tampered with statement and he was all over several officers amended statement. I had a right did into him.
