Okay I felt like I needed to say this but there’s nothing shameful about not being a virgin. there’s a whole conversation going on around sexual discipline but it doesn’t mean that even though you like me didn’t wait till marriage cannot contribute. Sexual purity isn’t equal to virginity. Open your mouth and talk!! The demonic agenda will not fly oo! Okay let them call you a slut. Okay let them call you a harlot. Rehab did more than that and Jesus still came from that lineage. We’re Christians not because we’re perfect but because we’re saved by a perfect God. Whoosh and gloryyyy.

I've been following that conversation on cohabitation, My submission is more of an observation. Nigerian Christians have an unspoken hierarchy when it comes to sins. Premarital sex is a beheadable offence. You see other sins, they get a waveable pass.

Once you say something about sexual sins, people immediately(because they’ve kept themselves off it, hence they want to establish how pure they are) begin to function in unknown wisdom. Whatever is your focus(whether sin or condemnation) when preaching Christ, shows your heart towards the gospel. Nobody slept with us before marriage sir. And we are very many. And we are living happily. My husband used to visit me in my parents house. Cohabitation is not for any Christian who loved God. God hates fornication.

@chuks1994 @Row_Haastrup ….. and ignore morality. You can’t promote immorality and preach the gospel, it doesn’t work like that. What is wrong is wrong, that some people have made mistakes, doesn’t stop us from warning others from going the same path.

Maybe you need to study again and see how immorality has been from the beginning, and we can only help people by showing love

@Yinka_Izrael @Row_Haastrup And the example of Jesus you gave, shows you don’t study. You go by the stories. I could easily point out the adulterous woman and her encounter with Jesus. How Jesus didn’t focus on using her to preach or using the situation to “teach others” not to fall into adultery
