@Stalemate_delay Fair, I also held this belief till I realised that elevating art to a romanticised, almost sacred thing leads to a mindset where it is easy to pay in "experience"/devalue it because supposedly it's not work if you love it

@chulbulsara Hmm I get where you are coming from, I am just suspicious of people trying to utilise the art of filmmaking for marketing gimmicks but I do take your point

While we should all definitely be praising the effort made into crafting any film, this just seems excessive marketing especially as the film hasn't been created because of their love for films but because of the need to promote Banjaara.

They made a film for a fest! That's so cool! It is SO hard to make films and it is such an inaccessible craft to get into on this campus!! Heart fills with pride every time filmmakers find ways and spaces of making more art in a profession that can be so discouraging
