@chunkiseals I am devastated that he didn’t laugh, but I heard the reason why was because the Japanese voice actor for Dazai forgot to laugh, so Chuuya’s Voice actor improvised, and bones decided to keep it in I still would’ve preferred if he laughed though. (Sorry for my bad English LOL)
