If you tried to educate yourself even a little about how the JoJo anime is produced, you'd know that the four companies who produce and decide how the anime is released are: Warner Bros., Shueisha, Klockworx and NHK.
Netflix purchased the worldwide *streaming rights* to the show. How the show itself is *released* is up to the aforementioned producers.

Netflix n'a fait que signer un contrat de diffusion pour l'animé.
