The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has issued a show cause order against the operator of a taxi allegedly involved in an overcharging incident with K-pop star Soobin in Cebu City. According to the LTFRB, the taxi unit has been suspended for 30 days following initial findings of overcharging and deliberate non-use of the taxi meter.
