@michaelmogson his death was our existential awakening and sudden snap into consciousness... mayhaps idk just an idea

@envykat_exe @hrts4renee too far... this is not even parasocial... i fear it's something more severe

@madonnaxdaily i agree! i want to see someone go from a mundane adult life to transforming into their dream.
English

Unpopular opinion: I prefer life stories of people that became megastars at the age of 20+ and not since a very young age 😭 It's fascinating to discover their life and personality before fame and how they worked to get famous 😭
dorker@dorkworldsfair
this is the madonna they need to make a film abt

@Glitch1ozw @luvblessingz everyone just casually ignoring this comeback...
English

@luvblessingz I can’t imagine being so dumb & not being able to form my own thoughts & opinions that I have to steal a tweet from 2023

Michael really used to poplock to a song about the earth dying LMFAOO
nila@xsc4pes
doing this to earth song btw
English

@drownedforlove nah, she paved the way for modern pop girlies here. she kinda deserves more credit for making women's sexuality less taboo and more accepted like her male pop star peers.

@cinemetary i've always admired her physique but especially her arms. lowkey why i started weights but it's a slow progress 😅

this rhetoric is so unbelievably dangerous so here’s actual toned madonna

Demi Moore’s toned arms take center stage on Cannes Film Festival 2026 red carpet trib.al/DYJYRNx

@dafurtlad @jjellisart it's an interesting fine line, isn't it? where we have to be critical and hold people accountable, but if we are so against it, we'll never have the benefits bc we're afraid.
English

@chwelik @jjellisart Ai is providing real value to regular people in some ways. And it's providing profit to the already richest people in many more ways.
We have to be super critical of it so that we can ensure it keeps actually providing value to regular people instead of profit to billionaires
English

AI is not inevitable. Anyone who says it is has a financial stake in its success and is trying to see a return on their investment.
Variety@Variety
#Cannes jury member Demi Moore says we need to "find ways" to work with AI: "Against-ness breeds against-ness. AI is here. So to fight it is to fight a battle that we will lose. So to find ways that we can work with it is a valuable path that we can take."
English

@dafurtlad @jjellisart 100% and we def needed regulations and laws from the beginning. now it's up for exploitation, but it's not all rain and storm, there are positives...
English

@chwelik @jjellisart you're right. People who are just haters are mislead. But OP is right that those who claim it's inevitability are generally stakeholders who stand to gain monetarily if we believe them.
English

@CarbonHelium we need real people. i'm tired of seeing all the same people... all tucked, plucked and plumped for the screen. almost incapable of feeling anything from watching because they can barely express it with their face...
English

@dafurtlad @jjellisart i agree that it shouldn't replace every facet of humanity but the black and white binary of it solely being evil is so ignorant to me...
English

@chwelik @jjellisart These things are true and the kind of AI they're talking about is not this kind. They're talking about slop machines that will replace human creativity for the purpose of profit. These tools are actually useful and they want you to think of them as one in the same
English

@dafurtlad @jjellisart why should more people die or suffer when AI can help make lives better? it's discovered and helped so much already and this is the beginning.
English

@chwelik @jjellisart Wild that you conflate LLM chatbots with the kind of tools that could be used for medicine shows that you've fallen victim to the messaging of the stake holders. We don't need AI to ruin every aspect of society in order for it to help us with medicine
English

@dafurtlad @jjellisart i believe AI shouldn't be in arts and other facets of life. but if you know about AI you'd know the capabilities are great for medicine. i was one of the first people in the groups that i know to go out asking for signatures for petitions to put in place regulations and laws.
English

@jjellisart the fact that you think i hate you is insane. i think you're uneducated and misinformed. and i think the outlook that this has to be the worst invention of humanity is ultimately going to crush our humanity more.
English

@chwelik Why would you want a labor stealing machine if your labor is already so robbed that you are in a crisis to survive?
There’s no altruistic invention in capitalism because it will only be used ultimately to siphon money away from the poor. You should hate this thing more than me!
