Aurigny’s newly acquired (ex-Blue Islands) ATR 72-600 G-ISLP is set to fly to Exeter tomorrow for further works, marking its first flight since the previous carrier’s collapse last November. It’s expected to enter commercial service with the airline in late March/early April.

Cornwall Council are due to decide on whether to drop the PSO funding for flights between Newquay and London, and have been recommended to push for commercial operation It is likely that if commercial, sub-daily flights will operate and some doubt over Winter connectivity
