youtu.be/Pkm4CwsOGvQ 本日の動画はみなさまへのお願いの動画になります。 昨年、私達の間に産まれた長男は、遺伝子疾患である接合部型表皮水疱症という病気であることがわかりました。 表皮水疱症という病気はその中でも様々な型があり、軽度なものから致死性のものまで重症度が様々です。 息子の型は最重症と言われる型で 表皮水疱症の専門医とされる方々にもお話を伺いましたが、 正直、患者数があまりに少ない、そして文献によりますが、生後1年以内に死亡する事が多い事もあり 専門医の方々でも対症療法以外にできることがない、わからないという回答でした。 日本での積極的な治療、治験等は現状無く、ほぼ可能性がないため 私達は海外の研究機関、医療機関にコンタクトを取りました。 日本では初めてであろう治療もやりましたが効果は見られませんでした。 ただ、ここで諦めれば遠くない未来に私達の息子は確実に死ぬでしょう。 ですが、ただ何もせずその日を迎えるという選択肢 は私達にはありません。 そこで、皆様の力をお借りしたいとこの動画を上げました。 この動画、私達の発信を様々な言語に翻訳し、色々なSNSに拡散していただけないでしょうか？ また、これらの投稿をご覧になった研究者、情報をお持ちの方々、ぜひ gunsotohohei@gmail.com までご連絡をよろしくお願い致します。
