The part nobody talks about: her TV per-episode rate went from $47K to $1M over 12 years. Her film salary multiplied 33x from Homecoming to Challengers. The Disney pipeline produces dozens of teen stars per decade. One built ownership at 16 and compounded it for 13 straight years. Every kid star talks about "doing it differently." Zendaya actually did it.
