@MarriottBonvoy have a complaint to make about a hotel stay as a platinum member but your website doesn't allow to select Canadian hotels. Please help.

@BMO how do I maks a formal complaint? Your customer service fail to address my issue and the branch fails to call me as they promised. I've had enough of it now.
clarified that I was still eligible for the promo offer. I have met all the criteria and BMO are now trying to screw me out of the offer, despite written comms as above that I qualified. Very dishonest and disappointing. I can't visit you in branch because I'm busy working. 2/2
@BMO you forgot to send me my debit card when I opened an account in October, after which I went on vacation. I could only pick up a card in December when I returned, and your staff in branch as well as online (Write Us 35256524 - dated Dec 2023) 1/2
