@deb_shaw1 @boohoo_cshelp Is your account irish? I am the same they told me to make a new account with the same email and all previous orders would transfer over. Which they did but my premium delivery is gone. Not buying it again!! Very hard to get through to

@boohoo Anyone have premium delivery with Boohoo Ireland and have issues? I had an app update 2 days ago and since then I can't log into my account, only accepting UK accounts and when I log in on the browser my premium delivery is no longer active, only purchased it, in January.
