@RyanHendry94 I heard this yesterday & was appalled. There is no such thing as 'normal' it doesn't exist. And from his own views it sounds like a bit more should have been spent on Grahams education as he's clearly so ignorant.

So, we had a delightful gentleman on the radio yesterday, saying about how bad it is that we spend a third more per pupil on children with disabilities, compared to “normal” children (his choice of words, not mine). his argument was that disabled kids don’t contribute to society
