On the one hand, I really liked how Infinite Wealth dealt with Kiryu's aging, and the fact that he wasn't the force of nature he used to be, so seeing Majima (who's *older* than Kiryu) flipping around feels a bit weird.
On the other hand... pirate Majima. Yeah, I'm sold.

@Darren_Mooney It's particularly galling that the best of those projects - all the ones you name, and I'd throw in 'Wakanda Forever' - have a glimmer of genuine self-consciousness and even self-criticism and imply a new way forward. But nope, back we go to what they *think* worked 5 years ago.

What's particularly wild is I've been fond of a couple of their post-"Endgame" projects: "Loki", "Multiverse of Madness", "Guardians, Vol. 3", even kinda sorta maybe "Eternals" a little bit.
It's wild that the studio seems to hold itself in greater contempt than its critics.
