@ccn_tea I think @RoyalMail postal strike also impacted. we spoke to all our staff about it was okay to vote no, the most important part was to return the paper so we could reach 50% response. Sadly not all our team received papers due to postal strikes which meant they couldn't respond.

I get the feeling that a lot of people didn’t realise this was the case. I think people were conflicted about voting yes and so relied on others to vote in favour. Sadly, this means many passionate nurses are unable to strike with us. However, we stand together #EnoughlsEnough

I love our tuck shop, four+years after our #joyinwork project, this change continues to be about staff wellbeing. Knowing you have food, drinks & snacks for staff to purchase on site is essential. Letting it run empty was not in the plans! Can't imagine the office without it ❤️
