@NewportBeachPD Fireworks... big, loud ones.... up and down the beach & boardwalk between Bal pier and E Street. Started around 8pm and still going. People still at fire rings and on the beach at almost 11pm.... no patrols down here.

@NewportBeachPD I didn't see them last year and I haven't seen them so far this year. Balboa pier to E Street. Drunk people urinating in yards, fireworks on the beach, traffic.... and no patrols.

Did you see the peninsula enforcement team on Fourth of July last year? They will be out on the peninsula accompanied by officers on foot patrols for the holiday weekend. You can see them on bicycles, ATVs and the side-by-side.

@NewportBeachPD Seriously... there are people urinating in side yards, drunk people wandering East Balboa, traffic, fireworks on the beach... and no patrols. Between Balboa pier and E Street.
