Suddenly, there has been a massive drop in rental house prices in Nairobi. New modern apartments with high-speed lifts are now going for as low as KSh 20,000 for a one-bedroom. Politicians have been pumping stolen money into real estate, and now there are too many properties, leading to drop in rent.
