@Mssarahmssarah If you can make it happen joining a grief group, even if you say nothing in the group, can create a compartmentalized weekly space you can devote to acknowledging/confronting/coping with your loss. Resources available through assisted living social workers and hospitals generally

If there’s a good way to manage the grief of losing both parents (including one just two months ago), teaching elementary school, and being present for my own four kids, please tell me, because I’m struggling with it all.

When you become a home owner you start to review “wealth” differently. Before I would see someone in a pair of designer shoes and be like “they got money!” Now, I see someone talking about getting 3 trees removed from their yard and be like “MULTIPLE? YOU RICH RICH!”
