holy fucking find at lidl, £3.09 on lidl+ card for 3 bars, the best protein to calorie ratio i’ve ever seen and it’s whey protein not vegetable protein, this is insane?? 166 cal for 22.5g protein??? so excited to try these, will update with flavour!! #edtwt

i love the gym so much ohmygoddd and even tho im only doing cardio, i burn cals a lot faster compared to only using my walking pad at home or going outside to walk, since at the gym there's more equipment plus the treadmill has more settings like incline etc

@qyunanie at first it all seemed fun, but it wasn't the original intention of this application... i like the app itself so I will use it just to track my cals
