which is to say, idk what to do except for going on another (possibly longer) socmed break again lol. twt is just one part of the problem for me. until then✌️

after a few weeks of a break, i usually download socmed again, bc i feel like i've found a good rhythm in life and will use them differently. but after a few weeks, the screentime is back up again. it's bullshit and i hate it, and i'm mad at myself for not being more disciplined.

i have an absolute hate love relationship with social media. i always get to a point where my screentime skyrockets bc of doomscrolling, and i decide to make a strict cut by deleting the apps from my phone. and it works wonders bc i quickly realize i don't really miss it. +

the msby boys are chatting abt what they’d do if they didn’t play volleyball and atsumu jokingly says he’d be a rich ceo’s trophy husband and then when it’s kiyomi’s turn he looks right at atsumu and says “i’d be a rich ceo” and ohhh you could cut the tension with a knife

finally watching suzume - you'd think a three legged chair would get boring at some point but it's funny af every time he moves i can't also it's so good so far and looks beautiful ugh
