CMHA is thrilled to announce the successful close of Beechwood’s RAD conversion and rehabilitation in Avondale. A special thanks to Congressman Rep. Greg Landsman for securing the EDI Grant, a critical resource that bridged the financial gap and made this project a reality.

CMHA hosted a Rental Blitz event on February 10th. It was a great turnout, with about 80 residents attending! We will host a Rental Blitz on February 24th to provide another opportunity for residents with delinquent accounts to come to an agreement with their management office
