GM. Has everyone thought about instructions to give your family if something happens to you? Have you laid out the WHAT, HOW & WHY with your assets? Warren Buffet has BILLIONS and he told his wife to do TWO things. Nothing complex. Very simple: 1. Put 10% of the cash in short-term government bonds 2. Put 90% in a very low-cost S&P 500 index fund (he specifically mentioned Vanguard’s S&P 500 index fund as an example). Is yours as simple? Do you have a plan? Is it in a will or trust? These are the things we must all think about NOW before it's too late. Failing to plan is planning to fail.
