👀What is next for the #EuropeanUniversities R&I dimension? DG RTD: stimulate actors who are best placed to achieve the policy objectives (alliances are one of them) DG EAC: need strong @EUErasmusPlus to support alliances @ArqusAlliance: cultural change needed, not just funding!
