What makes me the most happy with my gym journey in particular right now is that I'm gaining weight yet I'm still maintaining a flat stomach. The weight is literally going to the right places only !

@ciresults Yep! It works great & gives you extra motivation to see your body coming into shape by the metrics

@ciresults I see the indentations on the side of your stomach, you right there. You should get a scale that shows your bf percentage and tracks your weight.
