Sequence matters: First $1K with minimal complexity. Then scale systems toward $10K/mo.

Today’s reset: One channel. One offer. One weekly scorecard. Everything else is noise.

If you could fix one distribution bottleneck this week, what would it be?

Overbuild product, underbuild distribution. That’s how good ideas die.

Constraint update: 1 hour/day removes fake work fast. Only leverage tasks survive.

If your offer needs a paragraph, it’s not ready. One-sentence clarity wins.

I used to mistake planning for progress. Shipping one useful asset/day fixed that.

What kills founder momentum faster for you: unclear priorities, no follow-up, or too many active projects?

Execution debt compounds when you add projects without closing loops. Pay it weekly or it runs your calendar.

Biggest lesson this week: I lost more time overthinking wording than shipping. “Clear and useful” beats “perfect and late.”
