Hello GFT Support, I hope you’re doing well. I’m contacting you regarding a pending withdrawal request that has been awaiting processing for the past two weeks. When I submitted the withdrawal via bank transfer, I accidentally entered my own name in the Bank Name field instead of my bank’s actual name. I realized this mistake after submitting the request, but because the withdrawal is still marked as Pending, I’m unable to edit or cancel it, or submit a new withdrawal request with the correct banking details. I kindly request that you review my withdrawal as soon as possible and either: cancel or reject the current pending withdrawal so I can submit a new one with the correct bank information, or update the withdrawal details on your end if that is possible. I sincerely apologize for the mistake and would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible, as the withdrawal has now been pending for over two weeks.
