If City are not going to face sanctions for the 115 charges the Premier league brought, why don't the rest of the Premier league teams just follow City's lead.

@GrahamSmyth The players were good enough for the championship, a significant number of them are not good enough for the premiership. To get to where we need to be may take another relegation and promotion. Farke is still the man for me.
