The second suspect, believed to be the moped driver, has been identified but not yet apprehended. He was last seen fleeing toward the Marcy Houses wearing light gray pants, a white T-shirt, and a black surgical mask. A 2-year-old also in the stroller suffered a graze wound and is recovering.
