@xptweet That’s incorrect. Owning 5% of a company does not entitle you to at least 5% of its profit but only 5% of its dividends, if any. Those shares will be owned by a coop. The goal is to make sure everyone has a vested interest in everyone’s success. See FAQ for origin of funds.

@citizen_spring Be careful, the promised 5000 eur will allow those guys to take a share in your company and get minimum 5% of your profit during the whole life of your company. The origin of the funds they inject is also unclear.
