We are pleased to announce that we have restored the S4 network. All services are back online

S4 system restore is to take place at 9am (London time) on Monday.

The hard drive has been replaced. The issue which we have now is that the datacenter which houses our servers does not have anyone available on Sunday to carry out the restore from a backup. We are awaiting them to carry out the backup so that accounts resume where they were.

The fault appears to be a hard disk issue. We are currently preparing backups to add to a new drive.

We are have detected a fault on our s4.citrus3.com network. Our engineers are currently looking into this
