Thanks Ash. We get hundreds of applications to our programmes and our Fellows come from all walks of life. We’ve had software engineers, novelists, military people, restauranteurs, film editors, prison officers, teachers, lawyers, and physicists, among many others. Lots of people make successful repeat applications.

@civic_future I was deeply disappointed by this last year. Grand words and a great idea, but I felt the whole application process was skewed to recruit a certain type of establishment thinker. Tbh, sounds great, but seems to seeks the usual suspects and types.

I completed @civic_future's Public Leadership Programme and it was transformative. I've since set up an arts policy think-tank in a bid to get dysfunction out of the arts.
