My partial retirement gives me more time in the day. Today I was volunteering as a Trustee on the finance committee for Age Cymru Gwent. Very relevant as we all get old.

Great time Sunday morning supporting the Newport Half Marathon with St John Ambulance Cymru and Griffithstown Division, along with volunteers from Caerleon Running club.

Well done to my @NhsThrive Year 9 football boys who won the Newport cup 🏆 for the 2nd time against a fantastic Monmouth team. The boys ran out 3-2 winners on penalties after 3-3 result in normal time. Proud head of year. Well done lads 💪🏻🔥⚫️🟡
