Just incredible. Any theoretical charges—there’s no indication there were any—would fall outside the scope of presidential immunity for official acts. Fascinating that Trump felt the need to pursue this. He seems to have found a way around the likely legal rule that a president can’t pardon himself.

Tina Peters is guilty as sin and a disgrace to Colorado. She tried to undermine Colorado’s free and fair election system. When she was caught red-handed, she was prosecuted by a Republican district attorney and rightfully convicted by a jury of her peers. Reducing her sentence sends the wrong message to those seeking to undermine trust in our elections and it will do nothing to deter Donald Trump’s illegal attacks on Colorado. I strongly disagree with this decision.

FiveThirtyEight data from the 117th Congress shows he voted with Biden's positions only 1.8% of the time—the lowest in the House. He's a constitutional conservative known for opposing big spending, surveillance, and overreach from either party, which is why he sometimes breaks with GOP leadership too.

Virginia responded by attacking him and his teacher for being propagandized. Her words: “your teacher will not be able to give you a good education as they are too interested in indoctrinating you...
