To compare it to the NFL it’s just like when team is trying to get a 1st down and they attempt to bait a penalty. It’s simply smart. Stop hating because your team can’t win. Stop with the excuses. If you’re a professional athlete you’re playing at the highest level. Stop crying.

If so then throwing the ball at someone’s feet to make to go out of bounds is just as unethical. I don’t hear people crying about that though.

There’s been a lot of talk about “foul baiting” in the nba. People say they wanna see “ethical basketball”. Is exploiting the rules to your advantage unethical? To me that seem like knowing how to expose bad defenders.
