i accidentally built a multi 6-figure enterprise software company at 19 all because i wanted to farm multiple insta baddies while afk then realized 9-fig companies face similar issues and would drop $200k/mo to access my shit here's my “fOuNdeR” story: october 2025 just 2 months ago i was running a lead gen agency making decent money traveling europe but i got a problem i'm talking to 4 girls simultaneously: one in arizona one in poland one i met in croatia one from my high school all on instagram all requiring CONSTANT attention and i'm trying to run a fucking business THE PROBLEM: girl 1 sends: "miss you" girl 2 sends: "wyd" girl 3 sends: "when you coming back to polska?" girl 4 sends: *some brainrot tiktok i don't care about* and if i don't respond within 30 minutes? "you don't care" you're ignoring me" "are you talking to other girls" meanwhile i'm on sweaty sales calls answering 703 different brokie ass objections setting up campaigns trying to scale past 30k/mo but i'm spending 3 hours a day managing insta DMs all from girls who want my attention kurwa so i did what any logical person would do: built an ai bot that automates them biches (it was either this or delegating to my VA) THE FIRST VERSION (simp years): basic automation: girl sends: "miss you" bot responds: "miss u too baby ❤" girl sends: "wyd" bot responds: "work while thinking about u baby girl" girl sends: voice message bot responds: "can't listen rn but i'll check later, all good tho right princess?" fake as fuck but it worked (i’d never text that corny ass shit) i went from spending 3 hours texting to spending 15 minutes the other 2 hours and 45 minutes? your boy was booking calls closing deals acc printing mad cash all because i automated dating ops which allowed me to expand capacity: 10x’ed biz 10x’ed game 10x’ed biches BUT THEN: the chatbot started getting ass it sounded robotic girls would call me out "why do you text so weird now" the chatbot couldn't handle complex convos girl sends: "my friend said you were at the club with some blonde" ai agent: "just working, thinking about you though baby 😉💋" not ideal so i spent $30k on top swedish coding talent (like the mfs who build lovable type shi) to build a REAL ai dating setter one that: understood context mimicked my grammar actually sounded like me handled betraying objections learned my slang and spelling errors LEADING ME TO EXECUTE THIS SYSTEM: i fed it: 6 months of my dm history my texting style common responses i'd use even my fucking typos "your" instead of "you're" "their” instead of “they’re” “type” instead of “type shi” all of it and this thing became DANGEROUS girl sends: "you've been distant lately" old bot would say: "just working, thinking about you though" new ai setter: "been so locked in on some shit lately, my bad. “been tryna scale this shit up before q4. miss u though fr fr, let's link up" AND ALL OF THEM BOUGHT IT THE PIVOT: december 2025 i'm showing my boy this system he runs a real estate consultancy business gets 200+ inbounds on his IG DMs every day can't keep up missing leads keeps hiring setters that suck i'm like "bro i might be able to fix this" took my chicks automation rebranded it for business called it instaset .ai my friend saw it and went fucking crazy paid me $2,500 as a setup fee on the spot the ai setter booked him 47 calls in the first week he wired me $10k and said "scale this for my whole company" i'm like oh fuck i built a business on accident THE EARLY DAYS: i started selling it to: real estate agents e-com brands coaches anyone getting high volume of IG leads same system i used for girls: connect their instagram train ai on their voice let it handle responses 24/7 book calls automatically people were paying me $1,5k-$7k for something i built to navigate MY dating life and also to fucking replace my 11 absolute dogshit setters were those 2 reasons simultaneously 😉 THE GROWTH: in 2 months i was sitting at $50k/mo from this shit all from automating instagram dms for businesses instead of biches but the system was THE SAME respond instantly sound like a human book appointments speed to lead whether it's a girl or a prospect the psychology is identical THE BEST PART: my competitors were using: go high level (sounds like a bot) chatgpt wrappers (generic as fuck) manychat (can't handle complex convos) i built mine different because it HAD to pass the girlfriend test if it couldn't convince a girl i was texting her it wouldn't convince a lead either so i dialed in it’s ability to: match texting patterns exactly use incorrect grammar if needed send voice notes when appropriate know when to escalate to human the bar for "sounding normally" is HIGHER when you're texting a gf than when you're texting a 7-fig b2b prospect so i knew my shit fucking slapped bc no girl could detect it THE IRONY: i'm now printing a fuck ton of cash all from a tool i built to avoid texting girls back and to replace my shitty appt setters while my competitors spent: $50k on development months of planning fancy tech stacks i spent $30k and 2 months bc i wanted to automate inbound puss puss and accidentally built a better product because i had a REAL use case not some theoretical business problem take notes kurwa - adrian (DM me "INSTASET" if you want me to set this up in your biz - also works for whatsapp and website chatbots)
