In Brian Kohburger there was 51TB handed over 4 early discovery alone. & D4PD spent countless hrs gaming & on discord

I just left the arrangement of David Anthony Burke #D4VD where he entered not guilty pleas to all charges . His attorneys are pressing for a fast preliminary hearing and are eager to see evidence against him. They noted that they have not received any discovery, including the autopsy of Celeste Rivas Hernandez. The prosecutor replied that there was over 40 TB of discovery in this case and it would take a while to get that to the defense team, however #D4vd attorney still move forward wanting a speedy preliminary hearing which is set for April 23. The judge also agreed to have the medical examiners report unsealed. Justice is coming for Celeste.

#D4vd Murder Case: Way Too Early Discussion The Los Angeles DA announced that musician D4vd (real name David Anthony Burke) has been charged with 1st deg murder (with special circumstances), lewd and lascivious acts with an individual under 14, and mutilating a body. The charges are in connection with the death of Ms. Celeste Rivas whose decomposing body was found in Mr. Burke's Tesla. Because there is no eyewitness or direct evidence, this will be a tough case for the DA. However, it is a winnable case. Afterall, there have been murder convictions when the body was not recovered. At the outset, the optics don't look good for Mr. Burke. He was having a "relationship" with a minor. Ms. Celeste was not related to Mr. Burke in any way and I see no legitimate reason for unsupervised interactions to occur between Mr. Burke and Ms. Celeste. The possibility that Mr. Burke transferred assets to his family members after Ms. Celeste's body was discovered also contributes to the bad optics. Substantively, the fact that the body was dismembered and that some body parts were put in separate cadaver bags inside the Tesla shows, that at the very least, he desecrated the body. Without evidence that anyone else had access to the Telsa, it looks very bad for Mr. Burke. The fact that vehicle involved is a Tesla is very important. Many Tesla models have powerful and advanced software, including geo-tracking capabilities. Thus, I imagine the police would've retraced the movements and locations of the Telsa at or near the presumed date when she died. In my years of practice, one of the things that has remained true is this: One of the biggest advantages the police have is the suspect or defendant himself. Most suspects are ignorant of the tools that the police have, and many foolishly think they can outsmart the police. Not so. Another thing that remains true is the stupidity of many suspects (Mr. Burke parked/left his Tesla in a public parking space - a car containing the dismembered body of Ms. Celeste). See image below: Very smart! I expect that the police would've retrieved Mr. Burke's and Ms. Celeste's electronic communication - even those that were supposedly deleted. Also, most suspects and/or their associates don't keep quiet about their crimes. These are good things because they help the police solve crimes. Conversely, sometimes, a defendant's best defense can be the incompetence and misconduct of the police. Hopefully, the police have conducted the investigation competently "by the book." The problem for the police is that 90% of the time the defendants are indigent and cannot hire the lawyers of their choice and have no funds to mount a vigorous defense. This can cause the police to be less thorough because they don't face as much scrutiny in those cases. When you've developed bad or sloppy investigative practices, it is not easy to flip the switch and conduct an investigation "by the book" when dealing with a celeb defendant who has financial means. Hopefully, in this case, the investigation has been conducted competently. On a human level, it is heartbreaking that this young girl was killed. Understandably, her family is devasted. I am not suggesting that Mr. Burke is or is not guilty. In our system, a defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Let's see how the case proceeds.
