From #D4vd defense at today's hearing: "We believe the actual evidence will show David Burke did not murder Celeste Rivas Hernandez nor was he the cause of her death." They have asked for a preliminary hearing within the 10 days as required by statute, if defense doesn't waive. "..we would like to be able to have the evidence come into the light of day at the earliest opportunity .." #DavidBurke That date is set for April 23.

@SF_investigates Over 40 TB of evidence. If 90% is circumstantial (which I highly doubt), the prosecutor would still have 4 TB of solid evidence, and that's a lot. As with many other aspects of this case, pleading not guilty TO ALL charges is incomprehensible.

I just left the arrangement of David Anthony Burke #D4VD where he entered not guilty pleas to all charges . His attorneys are pressing for a fast preliminary hearing and are eager to see evidence against him. They noted that they have not received any discovery, including the autopsy of Celeste Rivas Hernandez. The prosecutor replied that there was over 40 TB of discovery in this case and it would take a while to get that to the defense team, however #D4vd attorney still move forward wanting a speedy preliminary hearing which is set for April 23. The judge also agreed to have the medical examiners report unsealed. Justice is coming for Celeste.

I wonder if any "LawTubers" out there, such as @defense_diaries , @BrotherCounsel , @LawyerYouKnow , @TheEmilyDBaker , @IanRunkle et al will be covering any of this information objectively, or even acknowledging it at all? The contents have been authenticated by Kearney himself, repeatedly, as he continues to blame his ex-girlfriend for "stealing" his extraction and giving it to me (she didn't.) The judge in his restraining order hearing made it very clear that Kearney has waived privilege. All of this information has been alleged in the newly-filed defamation claim, and here it is - in black and white. Imagine if communications like this existed between the Alberts and McCabes? They don't, because the DOJ went back years in their phones and the most that was pulled out was the "asian house" and "tell them (the media) the guy never went in the house." I haven't watched anything from this trial, I didn't watch Kevin's and I know very little about the it. I wasn't going to follow it. Just by watching this woman speaking, she herself convinced me she is lying and that she is guilty. She should not have testified. Huge mistake!
