It's surprisingly not god awful mega atrocious, it's just so meh. The innovation that once characterized his music is completely gone now. Most of the songs are one uniform texture, the lyrics are boilerplate slop. At least his voice sounds... alive? here. So very mid

Some of those names were of victims and random people who had nothing to do with anything.
