Another key point to watch, since a lot whale land owners almost merged as many as they could (Top 1 owner merged all its bag to 36 Provinces), and now their URR rate dramatically reduced, here’s the question, if whales want to be back to the URR business, I would expect them to re enter it by scooping any time floor drop a little bit.
