MIXED ROAD CONDITIONS: after a significant snowfall and some serious melting yesterday, freeways are dry and clear for the most part. Downtown streets have been plowed but can be slick. Neighborhood roads have frozen slush, or are snow packed and can be EXTREMELY slippery! #yxe

ROADS ARE WET: Despite a fairly significant snowfall this afternoon the warm up in temps combined with city plows have most priority 1 streets and freeways simply wet rather than snow covered. The pace of traffic is fairly normal. Side roads are snow covered and slick #yxe

TERRIBLE ROAD CONDITIONS: In and around Saskatoon. Early morning freezing rain has coated cars and roads in a thick layer of ice and now 2-3 inches of fresh snow has fallen on top. Roads are treacherous. Any pavement on freeways showing through the snow is glare ice. Be careful
